KOTA KINABALU: Police located a head and torso on Thursday following the earlier discovery of severed human limbs at a communal rubbish bin in Taman Indah Permai here, Info X reported.

The additional remains were found at about 11.40am at another disposal point near a supermarket in Indah Permai.

Earlier, a hand and a leg were reportedly discovered near a rubbish site close to the car park adjacent to the supermarket.

The second discovery was made during police investigations assisted by garbage lorry workers amid concerns that other body parts may have been discarded at separate locations or collected into a lorry.

As of noon, one hand and one leg had yet to be located while police continued investigations into the case.
