Present were State Secretary Datuk Seri Sr Safar Untong, State Attorney-General Datuk Brenndon Keith Soh, Finance Permanent Secretary Datuk Mohd Sofian Alfian Nair, State Public Service Commission Chairman Tan Sri Sukarti Wakiman, Mayor Datuk Sabin Samitah, Lands and Surveys Department Director Datuk Bernard Liew and Public Works Director Datuk Philemon Lajawai.

Meanwhile, the State Government is forging a strategic cooperation with the Broadcasting Department.
The matter was discussed when a delegation from the department, led by Director Mohd Yusni Mohamed Ali.
The strategic cooperation includes a special interview outlining the State Government’s direction and initiatives for the State and the people.
Mohd Yusni also briefed Hajiji on TV and radio programmes to promote Sabah such as Sabah Berselawat, Bintang Sandakan and the Sabah Vfm Songs Award, which were aired on Radio Televisyen Malaysia (RTM) last year.
In the delegation were Principal Assistant Director (Radio Programming) Artika Matbee, Assistant Director (TV Production) Effa Dian Ali, Assistant Director (News and Current Affairs) Sugiman Rafai and Assistant Director (Management Service) Sarinah Abdul Hamid.
