Hajiji warns PPMs against misconduct, says won’t hesitate to act
KOTA KINABALU: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor urged Community Development Leaders (PPM) to perform their duties with integrity, especially those serving in opposition constituencies.

“You are the government’s eyes and ears. Do your job properly. Do not abuse your power or seek personal gain.

“If I find negligence or self-interest, I will not hesitate to sack you,” he said during the second phase oath-taking of 35 PPMs at Menara Kinabalu on Tuesday.

Hajiji stressed that PPMs must safeguard the government’s image and actively communicate its policies, initiatives, and achievements under Hala Tuju Sabah Maju Jaya (SMJ) to the grassroots.
