RANAU: The Sabah Government Retirees Association (PPKS) Ranau recently organised a “two in one” ceremony in conjunction with Christmas 2025 and the New Year 2026 at the Ranau Rest House attended by more than 100 Ranau PPKS members with their families.
Jonathan Yasin, Ranau Member of Parliament, praised the organisers for bringing together members of the association in a simple yet significant atmosphere, thus fostering bonds of brotherhood and harmony.

“Programmes like this should continue in order to instil love and strengthen lasting brotherhood among retirees. This gives the opportunity to share stories and life lessons among them,” he said.
He said the contributions of Sabah government retirees were greatly appreciated and should be emulated by the younger generation.
He expressed readiness of the Ranau Parliamentary Office to cooperate in helping to make the positive programs organized by the Ranau PPKS a success.
