KOTA KINABALU: Star president Datuk Seri Jeffrey Kitingan (
pic) congratulated Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor on his reappointment as Chief Minister, saying the result reflects the clear will of Sabahans.
He said Star respects the decision of the electorate and thanked supporters statewide, particularly voters in Tambunan and Bingkor, for renewing their trust in the party.

Jeffrey said their support strengthens Star’s resolve to continue serving with integrity and to contribute constructively to the government’s development agenda.
He added that Sabah needs a government that works together on issues of rights and long-term sovereignty, including the state’s 40 per cent revenue entitlement.
Jeffrey said Star remains committed to this long-standing struggle and stands ready to support any sincere government-to-government effort to secure what rightfully belongs to Sabah.
