KOTA KINABALU: Sabah Barisan Nasional (BN) chief Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin has called on voters to exercise calm and responsibility in the final hours of the 17th Sabah Election campaign, saying the coalition remains committed to serving the people of Sabah.
He said BN machinery, volunteers, and supporters had worked “tirelessly” throughout the campaign, reaching communities across Lamag, Kinabatangan, and other districts to share the coalition’s development message.
“In every place we visited, it is clear the people of Sabah want leadership with a proven record, one that acts decisively and works relentlessly for the rakyat,” he said in a statement, adding that voters were able to distinguish between those who “only talk and those who truly deliver results.”
Bung, who is defending the Lamag seat, urged voters statewide to make their voices heard by choosing BN candidates who, he said, stand for stability, development, and a more secure future for Sabah.
“These final hours are critical, and I hope we maintain a calm, mature, and respectful environment, but one thing is certain — BN stands firm, works tirelessly, and is always for the people of Sabah,” he said.
