TAWAU: Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) stressed that its mission is to safeguard Sabah’s interests and its people, not just the political careers of its leaders.

Datuk Nizam Abu Bakar Titingan, Gagasan Rakyat Sabah’s Information Chief, said GRS leaders left parties like UMNO and Bersatu to ensure Sabah’s rights are respected under the "Rumah Kita, Kita Jaga" principle.

He also praised the Tawau Girl Guides (Pandu Puteri) for completing their RM156,000 House, funded since 2005, highlighting the NGO’s dedication to developing responsible, high-integrity, and empowered women leaders.
