Kota Kinabalu: Muhd Farez Azihan and Nur Allyssa Sofea Razali emerged champions in the 18th KGK Amateur Open Golf Championship held at the Kudat Golf Club recently.

Farez clinched the men’s open title with a three-day total of 220 (73, 72, 75) and in second place was Lee Ka Tung (224-76, 76, 72) with Akbar Mohd Said in third place (225 - 75, 72, 78).

Allyssa on the other hand, registered three-day score of 248 (85, 81, 82) to take the ladies title followed by Nur Ameera Najwa Zainudin (250 - 85, 86, 79) and Nur Aryana Syafiyya Razali (257 - 91, 80, 86) in second and third place respectively.
