TAWAU: The proposal by the Tawau Municipal Council (TMC) to build the Tawau International Cultural Centre (TICC) costing RM20 million will be forwarded to the Finance Ministry and the Chief Minister for consideration.Local Government and Housing Minister, Datuk Seri Panglima Masidi Manjun said he and the assemblymen from the Tawau area were in favour of the idea.
