KUCHING: Design will be taught in English at upper secondary level as Sarawak expands the use of English for Science and Mathematics under the Dual Language Programme (DLP).

He told the Dayak Daily that the expansion would allow students to study Science subjects including Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Additional Mathematics and Design fully in English.

Sagah described Design as a new subject and said designing is scientific because it involves Mathematics and correct measurement.
