Kota Kinabalu: The Agriculture and Fisheries Ministry does not disregard the possibility of setting up a committee or agency to manage the development of Musang King durian cultivation in Sabah.Assistant Agriculture and Fisheries Minister Datuk James Ratib said, during question time at the State Legislative Assembly sitting, the crop has a high value.
“I agree with Sindumin assemblyman’s (Datuk Dr Yusof Yacob) suggestion of establishing a special committee that have well-trained officers on Musang King cultivation,” he said in response to Yusof’s supplementary question.
