Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah National Tabletop Con 2.0 opened on Saturday at the Sabah Art Gallery, with Tourism, Culture and Environment Ministry Permanent Secretary Datuk Josie Lai officiating the launch.
"This showcase is proof that Sabah is ready to play a leading role in the regional creative economy," she said.
Organised by the Sabah Trade and Tourism Office Singapore, the two-day event has doubled in size from its inaugural edition, drawing 20 vendors and creators from Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei.
Highlights include the "My Trip in Sabah" board game competition, a cross-border exhibition match and an evening night picnic.
Also present was State Industrial Development, Entrepreneurship and Transport Ministry Permanent Secretary Datuk Thomas Logijin, among others.
