The blood donation campaign was organised with the aim of supporting Malaysia's healthcare system by helping maintain an adequate and stable blood supply for hospitals and medical institutions across the country.

Blood donations are essential for patients undergoing surgeries, cancer treatments, emergency care, and other life-saving procedures.
As a single bag of donated blood has the potential to save up to three lives through its various components, every donation represents a valuable contribution towards strengthening healthcare services and giving hope to those in need.
To appreciate the participants, students who successfully donated blood received exclusive door gifts sponsored by Maxim together with special e-hailing promo codes that can be redeemed for their future rides.
The initiative aimed not only to reward donors but also to encourage greater awareness of the importance of regular blood donation among the younger generation.
The campaign successfully collected dozens of litres of blood donations from 55 student donors, alongside contributions from Maxim's partner-drivers and team members, reflecting a shared commitment to supporting the local healthcare system and helping ensure a sufficient blood supply for patients in need.
"At Maxim, we believe that corporate social responsibility goes beyond providing transportation services. Supporting blood donation campaigns is one of the many ways we can contribute to society and make a meaningful difference. We are proud to collaborate with educational institutions and community partners in promoting a culture of helping others, and we hope more people will continue to participate in such life-saving initiatives,” said Head of Maxim Kota Kinabalu, Dennie Dimpat.
Maxim remains committed to organising and participating in community programmes that create positive social impact.
Through various corporate social responsibility initiatives across Malaysia, the company continues to support healthcare, education, environmental sustainability, and community development while strengthening its connection with local communities.
