KOTA KINABALU: CEO Masterclass 2026 returns this July with a sharper focus on real-world leadership under pressure, bringing together business leaders, policymakers, and emerging talents in Sabah.

The two-day programme, happening on 8–9 July at SICC, carries the theme “Beyond Certainty — Leadership in Action,” reflecting today’s volatile business environment where leaders must make fast, high-stakes decisions without perfect information.

Day one, branded as the Leadership Lab, delivers hands-on, scenario-based sessions such as War Room, Pivot Court, AI Boardroom, and Fishbowl discussions, aimed at sharpening critical thinking and cross-industry collaboration.

Day two shifts into a full conference format, featuring keynotes, panel discussions, and networking, alongside the return of the Human Library segment, where participants engage directly with CEOs and founders in small-group conversations.

The event targets a wide mix of attendees, including CEOs, senior management, entrepreneurs, government officials, and young professionals, positioning itself as more than just another conference by emphasising practical leadership exposure, meaningful connections, and real-world insights.
