Mukah: A buffalo has captured the attention of social media users after a photo showed the animal travelling in a multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) on the way to Mukah.

The post, shared on social media by account owner Richard Jalil, said the journey began at around 7am from Limbang, with the vehicle arriving in Mukah at about 4pm.

The unusual passenger was seen sitting calmly in the back of the MPV throughout the long journey, drawing amused reactions from netizens.

Many users joked about the buffalo’s comfortable ride, with some saying it looked like it was enjoying the trip more than some human passengers.

The journey was reported to have gone smoothly, with the buffalo arriving safely at its destination.
