Kota Kinabalu: A 17-member delegation from the Kota Kinabalu Hakka Association Recreation Division visited Port View Euro Bakery Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu to gain first-hand insight into modern production processes and quality management practices.

Led by Datuk Fong Tek Kong, Datuk Sucie Chong and Leslie Ku, the delegation toured the facility and learned about large-scale operations, product development, and the preservation of traditional items such as Hainan kaya.

The visit underscored the importance of connecting community groups with local industries while promoting cultural heritage within a modern business environment.
