Kadamaian sees 17 uncontested JKKK wins
Following the conclusion of the JKKK chairperson elections, Ewon stressed the focus will shift to the appointment of traditional administrative roles.
Kota Kinabalu: Kadamaian Assemblyman Datuk Ewon Benedick said 17 villages successfully concluded their Village Development and Security Committee (JKKK) selections without contest.

He said these villages saw only one candidate submit nominations for the chairperson role, resulting in unopposed wins.

“This smooth transition highlights a strong local consensus and community stability as the constituency moves forward with its village-level leadership appointments,” he added.
