Police later stopped one vehicle believed to have been used by the suspect, while several accomplices escaped and are still being sought.
Sammy said police seized a roll of telecommunication cable, metal cutters and a vehicle for investigation, adding that the suspect has prior drug-related records and the case is being investigated under Section 431A of the Penal Code.
