Kota Kinabalu: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor (second left) received a courtesy visit from the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Sabah Oil and Gas Development Corporation Sdn Bhd (SOGDC) Mohd Azmir Ramli (second right) at his office in State Legislative Assembly (DUN) building here Tuesday.
He was appointed to the position on Sept 16, 2025. Prior to this role, he served as Head of Secretariat for the Sabah Logistics Council as well as Technical Logistics Advisor at the Works and Utilities Ministry.

Hajiji was briefed on SOGDC’s new direction, which focuses on oil and gas industry services, in addition to progress at the Sipitang Oil and Gas Industrial Park (Sogip).
SOGDC is a wholly state-owned company established to drive the development of the downstream oil and gas industry, particularly through Sogip, while also acting as a government agency to attract investment and create employment opportunities.
