She said state revenue rose from RM3.59 billion in 2020 to RM5.45 billion in 2021, before continuing upward to RM6.96 billion in 2022, RM6.98 billion in 2023 and an estimated RM6.87 billion in 2024.

Aminah added that the consolidated fund and reserves also grew steadily, with cash equivalents increasing from RM2.95 billion in 2020 to RM3.43 billion in 2021 and reportedly reaching RM8.6 billion by 2025.
She said the state held RM6.756 billion in its consolidated fund by end-2023, alongside RM9.1 billion in assets, RM7.9 billion in investments and RM2.9 billion in public debt, which she described as manageable.
“These are facts presented by the State Government, and they reflect a stable fiscal environment that supports development and long-term resilience,” she said.
