PM urges Sabahans to choose leaders who serve with integrity

KOTA KINABALU: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim (pic) has urged Sabahans to elect leaders who work selflessly for both the State and the nation’s progress.

He said true economic growth can only be achieved through peace and cooperation between the State and Federal Governments.

Speaking at a dialogue with the Sabah Industry Association here on Saturday, Anwar reminded voters that the State election was about unity and national welfare, not personal ambition.

He noted that while political criticism and debate are inevitable, the focus must remain on strengthening Malaysia through shared responsibility and good governance.
