Kota Kinabalu: A Sabahan aerospace engineering student in the United Kingdom led her team to win third place in the American Astronautical Society (AAS) CanSat Competition, recently.The second year University of Manchester student, Har May Ling, 21, who functioned as the Manchester CanSat Project (MCP) team’s chief engineer was in charge of making sure the design is compliant with the requirements.
“I was also tasked to lead systems integration and testing which is difficult as we have to communicate between different engineers responsible for different matters,” she told the Daily Express, recently.
