KOTA KINABALU: Former Sabah Water Department director Ag Mohd Tahir Mohd Talib, 63, was found guilty on all 12 charges against him in the money-laundering case.
His wife, Fauziah Piut, 61, and former Sabah Water Department deputy director Lim Lam Beng, 72, were discharged and acquitted of their respective charges.
The court stood down the case for Ag Tahir’s mitigation before sentencing.
