Rally planned to push MACC to reopen RM1.5b KKLW Case
KOTA KINABALU: Himpunan Bangkit Sabahan 2.0 will be held soon to pressure the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to reopen investigations into alleged misuse of RM1.5 billion in rural development funds.

Adviser Datuk Zulkarnain Mahdar said the rally aims to demand transparency and accountability.

“The people of Sabah deserve to know why a case of this scale was dropped and what actions have been taken since," he said.

The date and venue will be announced after discussions with NGOs, while organisers stressed the gathering is independent and may clash with other planned anti-corruption rallies.
