Viral high power bills linked to usage, arrears, meter tampering

CEO Mohd Yaakob Jaafar said only 77 complaints were recorded out of over 720,000 consumers in Sabah and Labuan.

He revealed that about 2,000 meter tampering cases were detected from January to April this year, including one linked to a viral social media complaint.
