SANDAKAN: Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) Sandakan student, Ceelecia Reeka Mosungin, 21, was crowned Unduk Ngadau Kaamatan Sandakan at the district-level celebration held on Saturday.

She will represent Sandakan at the state-level competition at KDCA, Penampang later this month.

Ceelecia received RM10,000, a crown, trophy, and bouquet.

First runner-up Carren Augustine, 27, received RM7,000, while third place went to Jaqualine Sadan, 25.

Other finalists placed fourth to seventh were also named.

The event was officiated by Sabah Minister Datuk James Ratib, with other local leaders in attendance.
