He said the programme not only exposes students to content creation but also teaches them how to market and promote their work effectively in an increasingly competitive digital environment.
Mustapha said TikTok has become a major platform for content dissemination globally, adding that individuals who improve their knowledge of digital marketing and content creation would be better positioned to compete internationally.
Finas chairman Datuk Gerald Hans Isaac said programmes such as Viral Lab Madani are aimed at nurturing responsible local content creators, while educating participants on monetisation opportunities, effective video production, copyright awareness and the proper use of digital platforms.
