SANDAKAN: MMEA busted an illegal crude palm oil transfer during a 2.00am patrol near Bandar Leila.
Five men (four locals, one Filipino) were arrested after trying to flee.
About 7 tonnes had been transferred, with 3 tonnes remaining.
Both vessels and cargo worth RM2.08 million were seized for investigation.
