He said PPK2, led by Datuk Jasmi Wahab, is overseeing projects worth a combined RM7.38 billion.
Last year, 12 projects in Sabah worth RM203 million and nine in Sarawak valued at RM263 million were completed, bringing the total to 21 projects worth RM466 million.
In Sabah, projects include one health facility worth RM85 million and 30 school projects totalling RM1.079 billion. Sarawak has five health projects worth RM736 million and 13 school projects valued at RM982 million.
Most projects are progressing smoothly, with 46 in Sabah and 35 in Sarawak reported to be running well. Of these, 18 in each state are on track.

However, two projects in Sabah and one in Sarawak are classified as “sick”, falling more than 20 per cent behind schedule.
Ahmad said key challenges include shortages of construction materials and high diesel costs, noting that many supplies must be sourced from Peninsular Malaysia, increasing costs and slowing progress.
