Kuala Lumpur: A customer was left surprised after discovering a stone inside her packet of nasi lemak ayam masak merah, in an incident that has since gone viral on social media.

The customer shared her experience on Threads, posting a photo of the meal which included rice, fried egg, ayam masak merah - and an unexpected stone.

In her post, she jokingly described the meal as “nasi lemak ayam masak merah + free gift: a stone,” and speculated that the object may have been used by the seller to weigh down plastic packaging before accidentally being packed together with the food.

The incident quickly drew attention online, with many netizens responding humorously rather than expressing outrage. Some joked that the stone was a “bonus item,” while others imagined the vendor searching for the missing object.
