Kota Kinabalu: Sabah para athletes contributed three silvers and one bronze to the national team’s total tally of two gold, five silver and five bronze medals at the World Para Grand Prix in Rabat, Morocco on Sunday.

The three State athletes who were in the national squad were Ivan Jovic Suan, Eddie Bernard and Eljoe Gotuoh.

Ivan competing in the T44 category delivered a silver medal in the 400 metres (m), clocking a time of 58.16 seconds and a bronze in the 100m T44 category with 11.86s.

The other silver medals came from Eddie with a jump of 6.50m in the long jump (T44/T61/T64) event and Eljoe also in the long jump (T13/T20) with a distance of 6.83m.
