Three teenagers have been arrested for their alleged involvement in a robbery case involving trading cards worth about $8,000 (approximately RM28,000) along Balam Road in MacPherson, the
AsiaOne reported.
Police said the suspects, aged between 15 and 17, allegedly met a 34-year-old man at about 1.10am on March 6 after claiming they wanted to purchase One Piece trading cards from him.

However, the trio allegedly assaulted the man and stole the trading cards during the encounter.
The victim sustained minor injuries and was taken conscious to hospital following the incident.
Police officers from the Bedok Police Division arrested the three suspects within 16 hours of the report, with the stolen items later recovered.
A 17-year-old suspect is expected to be charged with robbery causing hurt, which carries a possible jail term of up to 20 years and at least 12 strokes of the cane, while investigations into the other two teenagers are ongoing.
