A WOMAN was left shocked after waking early in the morning to find her car on fire, believed to have been caused by fireworks set off nearby.
The incident was shared by the woman on
TikTok, where she said she was woken at about 5am after neighbours banged on her door to alert her.

She said she rushed outside and found the vehicle already engulfed in flames.
Several neighbours tried to extinguish the fire using buckets of water but were unable to stop it.
Firefighters arrived at about 5.30am, by which time the vehicle had been completely destroyed.
The woman believed the fire may have started after fireworks were set off near the car between 11.40pm and midnight.
She said she later found plastic bags and boxes believed to be from the fireworks beside the burnt vehicle, sparking concern online over the careless use and disposal of fireworks.
