Kuala Lumpur: A woman’s ordeal has gone viral after a stranger allegedly attempted to open her car door several times while she was parked alone in Titiwangsa early in the morning.

 

A Threads post by @asyikinahmad shared dashcam footage showing a man circling the vehicle and acting suspiciously before trying to enter the car repeatedly.

 

The incident is believed to have occurred at about 6.30am when she arrived at work earlier than usual, at a time when the area was still quiet and less crowded.

 

The woman said she honked her horn, causing the man to back away, and remained inside the vehicle until others were nearby before exiting safely.

 

She later urged the public to remain vigilant, lock car doors immediately and stay aware of their surroundings when parking alone, especially in quiet areas.
