Kuala Lumpur: A woman raised concerns over her safety while travelling alone after she alleged that a Grab driver secretly photographed her while she was asleep during a trip to the airport.
Breana Li said on her Instagram account that she discovered the photos when she woke up and allegedly saw images of herself on the driver’s mobile phone, with her face zoomed in.

She said that upon arriving at the airport, she asked the driver to delete the photos in front of her and questioned him about why the pictures had been taken.
According to Li, the driver claimed he was only taking a selfie and apologised for the incident.
In the comments section of her post, Li said she had already left Malaysia and did not lodge a police report, while expressing hope that women’s safety would be taken seriously so that no woman would fear travelling alone.
