Kota Kinabalu: Fire destroyed two houses in Kg Luyang, a squatter settlement occupying a hillside, at 7.40pm, Sunday (pic).
No casualties were reported. Firefighters from Penampang responded to the emergency call and brought the flames under control within 50 minutes.
The cause and estimated loss is under investigation.
