Police seek next of kin in Penampang sudden death case
KOTA KINABALU: Police are looking for the next of kin of a man who died after he was believed to have fallen from a high-rise building at Lido Four Seasons in Lintas Jaya, Penampang, on Tuesday night.

In a Facebook post on Wednesday, district police chief ACP Kasim Muda said police received a report at about 7.30pm on Tuesday involving a male victim, believed to be a local resident, whose identity has yet to be confirmed.

He said the case is being investigated as a sudden death, and members of the public who recognise the victim or have information on his family are urged to come forward to assist police.

Kasim also advised the public not to speculate on the case, warning that unverified information could interfere with ongoing investigations.
