KOTA KINABALU: A school discipline teacher told the inquest that Zara Qairina Mahathir’s death might have been prevented had proper action been taken following a complaint she received on March 14.
Nurul Syahada Ibrahim, the 45th deponent, agreed with counsel Datuk Ram Singh when questioned about the school’s response to months of complaints lodged by the mother of another student from March to July this year.
