Police ready to manage crowd, traffic on polling day
TUARAN: A total of 354 police officers will be deployed for the 17th Sabah State Election in Tuaran, covering four state constituencies.

District police chief Supt Noraidin Awang Maidin (pic) said the figure includes 184 escort officers who will be on duty during polling day tomorrow.

He said all personnel will be assigned to the respective polling centres to ensure order is maintained throughout the process.

Noraidin was speaking after accompanying Election Commission Chairman Datuk Seri Ramlan Harun during an inspection of ballot boxes at the Dewan Seri Sulaman official counting centre today.
