PUTRAJAYA: The Road Transport Department (RTD) has denied TikTok claims offering free driving licenses without tests, which used images of senior Transport Ministry officials, including secretary-general Datuk Seri Jana Santhiran Muniayan.

In a statement today, RTD said the advertisements and the accounts promoting such offers are fake and have no connection with the department, noting that irresponsible parties were using official images to mislead the public.

“Members of the public are advised not to be deceived by unauthorised advertisements or accounts to avoid confusion and losses,” it said.

RTD urged the public to verify suspicious offers directly with the department. Complaints can be submitted via the RTD Official Complaint Portal.
