'Inspector Sheila' back in the limelight for allegedly obstructing cops
KUALA LUMPUR: Police have opened an investigation paper on 'Inspector Sheila’ for allegedly belittling officers conducting checks on a foreigner driving without a licence along Jalan Ipoh here on Tuesday (Oct 4).

Kuala Lumpur police chief Datuk Fadil Marsus said that during the 9.30 pm incident, the woman accused the officers on duty of not knowing the law, ridiculed their actions and claimed they had threatened the foreign driver.

“The police officers involved lodged a report after the incident, and the case is being investigated under Section 186 of the Penal Code for obstructing a public servant from carrying out their duties, and Section 14 of the Minor Offences Act for insulting behaviour,” he said in a statement today.
