Kota Kinabalu: Golden Land Berhad (GLB), in collaboration with Malaysia's largest short-stay operator, Maple Hospitality Group, has launched The Playground @ Kota Kinabalu (Riuh KK Suites) here.
Officiated by Deputy Chief Minister and State Finance Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun, the development marks MapleSuites' debut in Sabah.
The nine-storey, 364-unit commercial suites project has a gross development value (GDV) of RM230 million, with GLB chief executive officer Stewart Yap leading a vision that blends Sabahan heritage with modern hospitality and lifestyle experiences, targeting both tourists and property investors.
