KOTA KINABALU: Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) says Sabah’s 40 per cent revenue entitlement remains unchanged despite the Court of Appeal ruling, stressing the issue now lies in implementation, not entitlement.
Information Chief Datuk Joniston Bangkuai said ongoing State-Federal discussions must continue constructively to reach a fair and comprehensive solution as soon as possible.

He emphasised that Sabah is not seeking confrontation but a rightful, long-overdue resolution, adding that stronger financial resources are crucial to accelerate the state’s development.
PBS also dismissed claims of inaction, maintaining that the Chief Minister is firm on securing Sabah’s constitutional rights, with cooperation and good ties with Putrajaya seen as key to resolving the matter.
