Malaysian actor appears in ‘Bridgerton’ Season 4

Kuala Lumpur: Malaysian actor Zheng Xi Yong has expressed excitement over his small role in the popular Netflix series Bridgerton.

The London-based actor from Miri, Sarawak, appeared in the eighth episode of the show’s fourth season as Lord Barnaby, a character linked to Posy Li.

Posy Li is portrayed by Hong Kong actress Isabella Wei, who plays the stepsister of Sophie Baek in the Regency-era drama.

Sophie Baek, a key character in the series, is played by Korean-Australian actress Yerin Ha.

Yong shared his excitement on social media after the episode aired, describing his experience on the series as memorable.

He also joked online that his account had become a “Posy Li stan account” following the episode.

According to The Star, Yong has also appeared in several international productions including Barbie, Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy, as well as television series such as Silo and Boarders.
