SIBU: Ahead of Chinese New Year on Tuesday, Masjid Al-Qadim, the oldest mosque in Sarawak, has been illuminated with rows of red lanterns, turning the historic landmark into a symbol of shared celebration.
The decoration was inspired by the festive atmosphere here, where families and businesses are preparing to welcome the Lunar New Year.
