KUALA LUMPUR: About 65,000 fans filled the National Stadium Bukit Jalil on Saturday as Datuk Siti Nurhaliza marked three decades in music with her Legacy 30 concert, proving her stage presence remains undimmed at 46,
Sinar Harian reported.
The night opened memorably when Siti delivered
Purnama Merindu from atop a crane, drawing cheers as she later urged the crowd into a spontaneous mass joget that rippled across the stadium.

Traditional rhythms took centre stage during the interactive segment, with songs such as
Joget Menanti Kasih and
Ya Maulai turning the arena into a shared celebration rather than a distant spectacle.
Fans spanning several generations sang along to familiar hits, including
Bukan Cinta Biasa, underscoring Siti’s rare ability to connect with listeners across eras.
A reflective moment followed when she paid tribute to the late Datuk Suhaimi Mohd Zain, fondly known as Pak Ngah, through a heartfelt rendition of
Cindai.
The concert was further enlivened by guest appearances from local acts Hafiz Suip and Noh Salleh, alongside Indonesian vocalist Cakra Khan.
More than a milestone show, Legacy 30 reflected Siti’s long artistic journey, shaped by discipline, sacrifice and a lasting bond with her audience.
