Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor led a Sabah delegation to the two-day 2026 Madani Government Retreat at the EPF Learning Centre Bangi in Selangor, which began on Saturday.

The delegation included Deputy Chief Ministers Datuk Seri Dr Joachim Gunsalam and Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun, and Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Ariffin Arif.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim delivered the keynote address on the opening day, attended by deputy prime ministers, chief ministers, menteri besar and the full Federal Cabinet.

On the second day, Hajiji presented a discussion paper highlighting public interest issues from Sabah’s perspective, contributing to intergovernmental deliberations at the retreat.
