Masidi said the State has also set aside RM7.6 million to promote lifelong learning among civil servants aiming to develop officers who are knowledgeable, highly skilled and analytically proficient with future leadership qualities.
Kota Kinabalu: A total of 18,853 Sabah civil servants will receive Special Financial Assistance equivalent of one month’s salary or a minimum of RM2,000 from the State Government, next year.

State Finance Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun said the payout, involving an estimated RM52.6 million, will be disbursed in two stages in 2026 — February ahead of Hari Raya Aidilfitri and before the Kaamatan celebration.
