PENAMPANG: Police are seeking three individuals whose statements are needed for an ongoing High Court trial linked to a murder case, says district police chief Supt Sammy Newton.
The witnesses are identified as Suriana Kassim of Kampung Tanjung Aru Baru, as well as Ibno Hashim Leman and Sharif Abdul Kadir Abdul Moin, both from Kampung Likas.

Police said their testimonies are required for proceedings related to a case which is being heard under Section 302 of the Penal Code.
Sammy said investigators have been unable to locate the three and urged anyone who knows their whereabouts to come forward.
