Kuala Lumpur: A passenger giving up a window seat for an elderly man on his first flight has touched many Malaysians online.
In a Threads post by @bashir_fauzi, the user said the seat had originally been booked for personal use but was later given to the elderly passenger after learning it was his first time flying.
He shared that the man spent the entire journey looking out the window from take-off until landing before thanking them for allowing him to “see the clouds from above”.
The elderly passenger also reportedly said he did not know whether he would have another opportunity to fly again in the future.
